What an incredible Q2 it’s been for Synapse Medical GB and IOI team! From nuclear medicine to diagnostic imaging, we’ve had the privilege of connecting with healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland, showcasing innovations and learning from the brilliant minds driving patient care forward. Here’s a snapshot of our quarter:

🎯 Nuclear Medicine & Radiology Leadership
We kicked off April at the BNMS Spring Meeting in Manchester, where three days of inspiring conversations about radiation protection and workflow efficiency reminded us of the vital work happening across UK nuclear medicine departments. It was a privilege to showcase Lemer Pax solutions to so many clinicians.

Just days before, we were the proud sole sponsor of the Northern Ireland Nuclear Medicine Study Day in Portadown, a milestone moment for the region. Incredible speakers with informative presentations on Cardiovascular CT/MRI Diagnostic Imaging throughout the day and lot of engagement from radiologists made this event exceptional.

In May, we supported the Scottish Radiological Society Annual Meeting in Stirling, reaffirming our long-standing commitment to Scotland’s radiology community. Additionally, we also consecutively presented at NCRL 2026 in London, demonstrating how Philips Expression MR400, Portal 5000, and the Ulrich INJECT Max 3™ syringeless injector can transform MRI workflows and patient safety.

🎯 Specialised Surgical Innovation
At the Association of Breast Surgery Conference in Glasgow, our partnership with KUBTEC Medical® took centre stage. We showcased the MOZART® 3D Specimen Radiography System, GammaPRO® Wireless Gamma Detection, and XPERT® 20 Core Specimen Radiography, solutions empowering surgeons to make faster, more confident decisions and reduce re-excision rates.

🔬 Diagnostic Imaging Evolution & Medical Engineering
June brought us to UKIO in Liverpool, where conversations about everyday workflow challenges reinforced our mission to be your specialist partner for healthcare innovation. It was also the perfect setting to begin sharing our exciting evolution from Synapse Medical to Uniphar Medtech | Diagnostic Imaging, a strategic move that will bring you enhanced support, resources, and robust solutions.

We closed the quarter at EBME 2026 in Coventry, connecting with medical engineering professionals and demonstrating next-generation solutions including Philips MR technology, Ulrich Max 3 MRI contrast injector system, and Febromed Get Up patient positioning solution.

Looking Ahead
